Based in Chesham, Way-In is a partner organisation of the Youth Enquiry Service that provides counselling for parents and young people and runs parenting skills courses. Young Addaction gives support around substance misuse issues.

Apprenticeships – what are they?
As employees, apprentices earn a wage and work alongside experienced staff to gain job-specific skills. Off the job, usually on a day-release basis, apprentices receive training to work towards nationally recognised qualifications.
